Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep ; sleep with trace awareness) is a restorative meditative practice that guides the listener into a space of deep physical rest with conscious awareness. It is a regenerative space for healing, rest, and creativity; the space in-between sleeping, dreaming, and waking.
Online classes, in-person workshops and 1:1 instruction are available.
Kerianne Marie L. is a 200 HR-certified yoga instructor, certified Yoga Nidra Instructor, and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor (16 HR certification through Exhale to Inhale).
